Section 3. Vice-Chairperson.

In the absence of the Chairperson, the Vice-Chairperson shall act as Chairperson and when so presiding shall have all rights, privileges and responsibilities of the Chairperson.
The Vice-Chairperson shall perform such other duties as the Tribal Council may direct.
