(A) Short Title. This chapter shall be entitled “The Karuk Arbitration Ordinance.”

(B) Purpose. It is the purpose of this chapter to authorize the arbitration of disputes in contractual and other agreements and to provide for the enforcement of agreements to arbitrate, and the enforcement of resulting arbitration awards, by the Karuk Tribal Court. [Res. 15-R-143 § 1, 11/24/2015.]
