Any written contract, agreement, or instrument, involving an agreement to arbitrate, that is validly entered into pursuant to all applicable law and in accordance with KTC 1.05.020(A) (an “authorized agreement”), shall be valid and enforceable and not subject to revocation by one party without consent of the other party or parties thereto.
