KCWS and/or law enforcement shall make all reasonable efforts to notify, through the most efficient means available, the parents, foster parents, guardian, or custodian of the Tribal Court, that the child was removed from the home or otherwise detained. KCWS will exercise due diligence to identify and notify all adult relatives, within thirty (30) days of the child’s removal, of the relatives’ options to become a placement resource for the child.
