A permanency hearing to determine the permanency plan for the child must be held no later than twelve (12) months from the date the child enters foster care and not less frequently than every six (6) months thereafter during the continuance of foster care, including voluntary foster care placements. However, if there has been a judicial finding that reasonable efforts to prevent removal or reunification are not required as set forth in KTC 10.10.600, the first permanency hearing must be held within thirty (30) days of such finding.
