2.05.190 Notice of rejection.
This section is included in your selections.
If the Tribal Council rejects an application for enrollment, the written notice to the applicant or sponsor shall:
(A) State that the application is rejected;
(B) Set forth the requirement(s) which the Committee found that the applicant failed to satisfy; and
(C) Provide information about the rights to appeal to the Tribal Council, including the time within which the appeal must be filed and the procedure for filing such appeal. [Res. 16-R-118 Art. XIX, 7/14/2016.]
