(1) The Tribal Court staff, with the assistance of legal counsel, will develop Rules of Court to determine and specifically set forth the procedures for hearing cases in each of the Tribal Court divisions.

(2) The Tribal Court staff will continue to conduct advisory sessions, which will include, but not be limited to, Tribal community members, the local legal community and where necessary governmental representatives, in order to educate the community and improve the Court’s procedures to best meet the needs of the Karuk Tribal community.
