3.10.210 Tribal Court fee schedule.
Filings paid with checks that are returned without payment will be automatically void if not paid with cash or money order within seven (7) business days1 of notice of insufficient funds. A twenty-dollar ($20) fee will be assessed for returned checks. Checks and money orders are preferred.
1Definition: “Business days” are every official work day of the week. Typically, these are the days between and including Monday to Friday and do not include holidays and weekends.
