Any person of sound mind who is eighteen (18) years of age or older, or a minor who is emancipated or the parent of a child, may, by last will, devise all of his estate, both real and personal, subject to the provisions of this Code. [Res. 06-R-53 § 7.0(A), 5/3/2006.]
