Any estate, right, or interest in property acquired by the testator after the making of his will shall pass as if title thereto was vested in him at the time of making the will, unless the language of the will makes clear the testator’s intention was otherwise. [Res. 06-R-53 § 7.0(I), 5/3/2006.]
