The Realty Division of the Karuk Tribe will perform former federal functions pursuant to an annual compact agreement with the U.S. Department of the Interior and any other duties assigned by the Karuk Tribe which are related to management and probate of real and personal property located on the Karuk Tribal lands or owned by an enrolled Karuk Tribal member.
