The Karuk Tribal Election Committee (hereafter referred to as the Election Committee) is hereby established for the purposes of: (A) conducting and supervising all Tribal elections, general, primary, or special, in accordance with this chapter; (B) deciding election disputes; (C) enforcing this chapter; and (D) recommending to the Tribal Council such additional rules for the conduct of elections as may be necessary from time to time.
