(A) The Election Committee shall have the authority to recommend, by majority vote, such rules as they may deem necessary to provide for fair and efficient elections under this chapter.

(B) No rule recommended under the authority of this section shall be inconsistent with the provisions of this chapter or the Constitution of the Karuk Tribe.

(C) All rules recommended are subject to the approval of the Karuk Tribal Council. No rules recommended under the authority of this chapter shall be valid unless approved by the Tribal Council at least ninety (90) days prior to said election.

(D) A minimum of four (4) Election Committee members must be present at any meeting to establish a quorum. [Ord. 5 § 7, 8/23/2018.]
