(A) Each registered voter may cast one (1) vote by secret ballot.

(B) Registered voters shall vote for each district seat as it becomes vacant. All registered voters may vote for all Council seats, regardless of the residency of the voter.

(C) No voter may have any other person cast his or her vote “by proxy.”

(D) Assisting a voter may be allowed under the direct supervision of an Election Committee member.

(E) Special circumstances can be allowed for by majority vote of the Election Committee. [Ord. 5 § 13, 8/23/2018.]
