(A) The Election Committee shall determine the form of the ballots to be used in each election.

(B) All ballots shall be kept under lock and key by the Election Committee until the results of the election have been certified, the time for requesting a recount and/or filing complaints or petitions for Council review has passed, and in any case, until at least sixty (60) days have passed since the election.
