4.05.240 Certification of election results.
This section is included in your selections.
Once the time for filing an election contest has passed the Election Committee shall thereafter prepare a certification of the results of the election which shall be signed by each participating member of the Election Committee and which will contain the following information for each district:
(A) The number of ballots cast.
(B) The number of invalid ballots.
(C) The number of absentee ballots.
(D) The total number of valid ballots.
(E) The number of valid votes cast for each candidate and for each issue on the ballot.
(F) The outcome of each election issue on the ballot.
