4.05.270 Special elections.
This section is included in your selections.
The Election Committee, established for the purposes of conducting and supervising all Tribal elections including general, primary or special will:
(A) Establish a fair and equitable process for conducting and supervising all special elections to meet each situation.
(B) Cause copies of a notice of election to be published and distributed to eligible voters. The notice shall include:
(1) The date and time of the election.
(2) List of positions/candidates available for each district, and/or subject matter of the election.
(3) Description of the special election process, outlining any parameters that differ from the general election process, such as:
(a) Polling locations;
(b) Absentee voting; or
