Nothing contained in this chapter shall be construed as a waiver of sovereign immunity from unconsented legal actions by the Tribe, its Tribal government or the KTTA or as consent by the KTTA or the Tribe to any cross-claim, counter-claim, third-party claim or other counter-suit.
