The Tribe and the Commission shall establish a relationship with the Sheriff’s Department, County of Siskiyou, or City of Yreka Police Department, or other appropriate law enforcement agency, to take fingerprints and conduct appropriate criminal background checks of applicants and licensees, as appropriate.
