6.10.170 Words and terms.

(A) Tense, Number and Gender. In interpreting the provisions of this article, except when otherwise plainly declared or clearly apparent from the context:
(1) Words in the present tense shall include the future tense;
(2) Words in masculine, feminine and neuter genders shall include all genders; and
(3) Words in the singular shall include the plural, and words in the plural shall include the singular. [Res. 03-R-36 § 19, 5/4/2003.]
