“Casino” means the Rain Rock Casino in Yreka, California.

“City” means the city of Yreka, California.

“Compact” means the Tribal-State Gaming Compact between the Karuk Tribe and the state of California originally executed on November 19, 2014.

“County” means Siskiyou County.

“Gaming facility” means the Rain Rock Casino facility and its operation.

“Intergovernmental agreements” means the municipal and county agreements required by the Compact.

“State” means the state of California.

“Tribal Council” means the Karuk Tribal Council which is the duly elected governing body of the Tribe and is authorized to act on behalf of the Tribe.

“Tribal Gaming Commission” means the Karuk Tribe’s Tribal Gaming Agency.

“Tribe” means the Karuk Tribe.
