(A) The Tribe shall adopt and comply with standards that meet or exceed applicable standards of federal, state, Siskiyou County and city of Yreka laws and regulations, that relate to, or arise from, water and/or wastewater services for the Tribal wastewater facilities and dedicated wastewater facilities.

(B) Any report or other writings by an inspector regarding the standards of this section shall be transmitted within twenty-four (24) hours to the Tribal Gaming Commission.

(C) Any dispute arising out of the standards of this section shall be governed by the applicable intergovernmental agreement and shall not constitute a violation of the Compact. [Res. 17-R-154 § 7, 12/28/2017.]
