(A) Deadlines. Within thirty (30) days of claimant’s receipt of the Claims Administrator’s decision, claimant must file for JAMS comprehensive arbitration before a JAMS arbitrator.

(B) Discovery. Discovery in the arbitration proceedings shall be governed by California Code of Civil Procedure Section 1283.05.

(C) Costs. The Tribe and the claimant shall initially bear the cost of JAMS and the arbitrator equally, but the arbitrator may award costs and expenses (but not attorney fees) to the prevailing party not to exceed those allowable in a suit in California Superior Court.
