The Administrator shall post, in a conspicuous area inside the gaming facility that is open to and frequented by employees, and provide to all new employees and employees who report a work injury, a notice of benefits describing the employees’ right to obtain medical treatment for injuries arising out of and in the course and scope of employment pursuant to this article.
