7.05.310 Jurisdiction.

The TERO Director shall review the complaint to determine whether the following jurisdictional requirements have been met:
(A) The employee has met the filing deadline; and
(B) The facts as stated allege a violation of the Workforce Protection Act.
If the employee has not satisfied the jurisdictional requirements, the TERO Director shall dismiss the complaint and issue a written notice to the parties. [Ord. 4 § 7.3, 4/16/2015.]
