If either party has concerns about his or her safety during the hearing, or transportation is a barrier to attending the hearing, the Court may allow a party to appear by telephone or through video conferencing. Requests to appear remotely do not need to be served on the other party but must be received by the Court no less than five (5) business days before the scheduled hearing.
