9.05.010 Findings and declaration.

The Karuk Tribe Tribal Council finds and declares that:
(A) It wishes to eliminate all discharges of pollutants into the waters of the Karuk Aboriginal Territory.
(B) Elimination of all discharges of pollutants into the waters of the Karuk Aboriginal Territory is necessary at this time in order to maintain protection of public health and the environment. [Res. 96-R-24 § 1, 4/25/1996.]
